Position Logistics Coordinator – FMCG

Department / Stream: Consumer Division

Location AbuDhabi

Reports To : Finance Manager – Consumer Manager

Purpose :

Management of complete procurement for the division ensuring delivery of operational excellence and the pre-set KPIs.

Key Activity Summary

Procurement – For FMCG products relating to incoming stocks from various suppliers, Inventory control, Control of Lead .
Times and frequency of replenishment, Documentation & Reordering
Forecasting and Budgeting. Preparation of Grn’s Cost sheets, Reorder points, Safety stock levels and Management of slow moving and obsolete stocks.
Monthly Principal Reporting.
Liaison with Food Control Authority for clearance of food items.
Acting as a leave cover for Finance Manager during his annual vacation.
