Reports To: Training Manager
Qualification & Experience:
**University degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in similar position preferably in the aviation industry
Competencies Required:
· Proficient in oral and written English Language
· Arabic language is preferred
· Good Communication skills
· Time management
· Ability to interact with the team
· Planning skills
· Project management
Duties and Responsibilities:
**To prepare and implement OJT programmes for staff as and when required
**To monitor the plan, follow up at the work place and evaluate
**To produce evaluation reports to relevant line manager and Training Manager along with recommendations
**To report staff and trainee performance on the job after each course or training.
**To produce monthly management report on OJT progress, identifying the weakness and proposing remedial strategy.
**To follow up on any in house course evaluation comments and produce monthly statistics in graphical format for management team
**To carry out any assigned tasks, jobs or special projects as delegated by the Training Manager

As per company policy and procedures and delegated by Training Manager
