Here the placement for Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant
- Should be a professional graduate from a recognized university.(preferably MBA degree from recognized university.)
- Should have excellent knowledge and experience on core HR functional area.
- Should have complete knowledge on all HRMS modules(Application expertise)-perferably lastest version.
- Should have minimum implementation exposure of 3different HRmodules and out of which experience in core HR module is mandatory.
- Should have minimum of 3-5 years experience as an oracle HR functional consultants.(previous experience in an Airline Environment will be an added asset.)
- Expert knowledge in configuring and administering oracle HRMS.
- should have experience in evaluating system specification and functional specifications.
- Experience in oracle Financials and how to integerate it to oracle-based a HR system.Hence the candidate should have good knowledge in finance and implementation of financial packages like oracle financials.
- Good experience in Data Migration related issues.
- Knowledge of oracle discoverer or any OLAP tools.
- Good in communication,Analytical and Project Managament skills.
