• Should be a post graduate in Business Administraction (MBA) or Human Resource Management (MHRM) or personnel management (MPM) or MSW with specialization in HR from a recognized university.

• Should have minimum of 12 years experience in the entire gamut of HR and out of which minimum 5 years managerial experience in Recruitment functions in a Large Multinational Organizations.
• Should have experiences developing and leading on Recruitment strategy.
• Prior Experience in Aviation Industry will be an added advantage.
