Our clients Oman Air, the flagship company of the Sultanate of Oman’s Civil Aviation sector, commenced operations in 1993. Starting office as a regional player, Oman Air as Oman’s national carrier has witnessed rapid growth in the last few years. Oman Air has played a major role in making Muscat a major traffic hub in the Middle East and currently looking at modernizing its functions to global standards. As a part of the modernization program, they are looking for the following resources to join their team.

• A good degree in law from a reputed law school/university.

• Minimum 10 years professional experience.
• Lincensed to pracited law.
• Excellent analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of a broad spectrum pf pracite area more particulary Aircarft financing,chartering,code sharing,transportation law,labour law,corporate,environment etc.,
• Team players will excellent communication skills and ability to interface effectively at all levels within and outside the company.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to draft Agreement/Deeds/Documents in English.
• Experience in some or all of the following area would be an asset: commercial litigation,ICC/IATA Arbitration,Intellectual property,Information Technology,competition law,Taxation,Insurance/Reinsurance,construction,consumer protection,privatization.
• Experience in jurisdictions other than Oman/GCC countries and knowledge of languages other than English and Arabic are likewise assets.
