Position : Sales Coordinator
Location : AbuDhabi
Job Description :
- Updation of ENQUIRY/QUOTE/INVOICE/CHEQUE electronic register.
- Preparation of quotations based on prices gives by sales engineers.
- Filing of quotation, LPO etc.
- Preparation of Proforma Invoice (for L/C purpose, cheque purpose)
- Preparation of Product Submittals.
- Payment / Cheque follow-ups and updation of Cheque register.
- Purchase Orders preparation for Suppliers.
- Preparation of L/C applications to different banks as and when instructed by Finance.
- Letter of Credits from customers – Updation of customer L/C register, cross checking of L/C clauses with offer/Proforma Invoice terms and conditions.
- Correspond to the customer for L/C amendments, preparation of check-lists on the L/C documentation requirements, Preparation of the concerned L/C documents, Preparation of BOE.
Qualification : Graduate/diploma.
Experience : 2-5 yrs in sales.
