Location : Abudhabi
- A decent understanding of XML.
- The ability to navigate through Linux/Unix and perform basic sys admin.
- An understanding of how relational databases work, how to query them, how to make efficient simple querries, how to understand what the database holds, and how to size up the contained data.
- A good chunk of the work will probably be data integration. On the source side, this is usually a database or a webservice.
- This means that the source databases might be any type of RDBMS – Oracle, MSSQL, MYSQL, etc.
- Good Java skills.
- Experience as a Java programmer and ability with general Java concepts, good programming practices.
- A good familiarity with the Eclipse IDE or the ability to become very familiar with Eclipse.
- Decent analytic ability.
- The ability to understand analyst workflows.
- The ability to model data in such a way that it enhances the ability of the analysts.
