JOB POSITION : Accountant
JOB LOCATION: Riyadh.
Job Summary;

• The Accountant is a key member of the entity’s Accounting team.
• The incumbent is required to effectively work with a small team with varying levels of expertise in providing professional accounting records and generation of monthly reports.

Duties and Responsibilities in Details;

• Prepare monthly report on capital expenditure – Actual vs. Budget
• Maintain of Fixed Assets register relating to acquisition, disposal and transfer of assets
• Implementation and maintenance of ERP Fixed Module
• Scrutinize all bills and invoices against purchase orders and receiving reports in order to verify approvals and completeness (quality & price).
• Codifying and preparing envelopes for local suppliers & purchaser
• Maintaining invoice transaction in to ERP and verify any variances vs. standard rates and purchase orders.
• Follow up with local suppliers for reconciliation’s and settling of inquiries
• Recording & analysis and control of accountants receivable.
• Recording & analysis of JL transactions, bank reconciliation & treasury transaction.
• Costing accounting
• Preparing cheques for suppliers on due date
• Assign payments to supplier’s invoices in ERP.
• Following up with cash suppliers for providing the invoices on time and recording according in ERP
• Reconcile & control over indirect material current account
• Conduct quarterly physical verification of main stores (consumable items)

Educational Level:

• CA Articles completed, or CA, ACCA, CIMA, ICWA or 4 years experience

Experience;

• 2-4 years experience as a an Accountant in a large charter accounting or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Experience in working with a large, multi national workforce is a plus.
• Experience in ERP e.g. SAP, ORACLE, JDE etc .
• Advanced spread sheeting skills

Skills & Abilities;

• Strong exposure to a major ERP system e.g., SAP, JDE, Oracle.
• Excellent command of English & presentation skills.
• Good communication and report writing skills

Basic Salary Range:
· (Maximum) $1,000 + annual bonus equal up to 3 Basic Salaries paid every 6months.
· Job Location: Riyadh.
· Nationality: Any as above.
· Age : 25-30 years (max) and single contract.

Here the placement for MANAGER – Tool Design.

• Our client, a manufactures of electromechanical components, like Connectors for Telecom Cable Splicing and Automotive Wire Harnessing, Terminal Blocks and Switches for electronic industries have the following requirement.

1) MANAGER – Tool Design

• Candidate should have atleast 10-12 years experience in handling Tool Design department.
• Should be preferably BE or a DME passed out through NTTF with Tooling knowledge both Plastics & Metal Sheet..
• Should have thorough knowledge on tool development.Effective implementation of ISO / TS 16949 : 2002 requirements.
• To carry out feasibility studies along with marketing department during contract review.
• To collect and document the technical data required for product, component and tool development.
• Should have thorough knowledge in carrying out review of customer specification/standards.
• To carry out detail study of customer requirements along with Marketing / Product development and prepare an overall plan.
• To ensure adequacy of design and development input.
• To organize design failure mode and effect analysis, process failure mode and effect analysis and quality function deployment, as appropriate.
• Should have worked in Plastic Industry, prefrebly in connector industries and high speed stamping tools.

Apart from above specific requirements the following are also required for fulfilling the position requirements.

• Identification of special characteristics for product as well as manufacturing process.
• Plan and organize development activities for product, component and tool development.
• To organize design and development reviews as planned during the various stages of design and development.
• To analyze the data and identify opportunities for improvement of the development activities. To ensure corrective and preventive actions are being carried out during the development process.
• To organize design verification and design validation.
• Candidate should be fluent in English, professional in handling and execution of projects.· Capable of handling a team of 8-10 Engineers.
• The CTC would be in the range between Rs.6 to 8 Lacs.

Position : PDMS ADMINISTRATOR

Location : Muscat, Oman

Position description

• Responsible for the set-up of project databases, maintenance and users support for the PDMS andAutoCAD engineering systems.

Technical Abilities

• Possesses solid knowledge/experience (multiple years) of PDMS project administration in thesupport of major projects (including support of a PDMS user community with the various PDMSmodules and operating systems (UNIX/NT).
• Further exposure and experience with Oracle, Fortran,C languages, PML, LISP and Visual Basic would be most desirable.
• Possesses PDMS/REVIEW/AutoCAD knowledge.
• Possesses broad onshore/offshore design experience with quality control/checking skills, andknowledge of fabrication techniques.
• Has knowledge of onshore/offshore oil and gas productionfacility design standards/specifications.
• Has ability to effectively interface with multiple communities, including process managers,engineering project managers, design engineers, designer/drafters, alliance consultants, vendorsand other team leaders.
• Has hardware knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Access,PowerPoint, Project).
• Has complete understanding of FEED/detail design deliverables for Onshore/offshore projects.

Experience and Qualifications required

• Requires a certification from a recognized technical school in the field of computer drafting and design with5-10 years of experience in applying the PDMS/ACAD Admin skill to upstream oil and gas projects withexperience on major capital projects.
• Is proficient in 2D and 3D CAD (PDMS, PDS, others) with at least 12-15 years of industry discipline relatedCAD design experience (piping, structural, electrical/instrumentation).
• Engineering degree or equivalentWorking and delivering in a multi-cultural environment.
