REGIONAL SALES MANAGER-CHENNAI
Area : Tamilnadu & Kerala
Location : Chennai
Qualification : Graduate with MBA/PGDM or Diploma in Marketing.
Experience : 12 to 15 years
Job Description:
- An astute candidate with professional, functional and enriching experience in Business Development, Retail Operations, Commercial Operation,
- Sales & Marketing, Relationship, Management & Team Management across the region.
- Candidate should be preferably having experience from Pressure Cooker/Cookware or related industry.
- Develop optimal Zonal sales team in the region to achieve targeted sales numbers.
- Provide strong and strategic leadership to the sales team working in the region.
- Create, execute, and analyze the effectiveness of a strategic sales plan and budget
- Creation and management of a robust sales and marketing network for the business, including setting up Dealers, Distributors & C & F as.
- Analyze stock movement based on the sales and have complete control on Inventory.
- Do sales analysis and accurately forecast Sales and Stock requirement and co-ordinate with the Sales co-ordination team for the same.
- Key deliverables would include sales volume and revenues, revenue collection and management of assigned controllable cost budgets.
- Presently will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company.
CTC : 5.5 ~ 6.00 lacs p.a.
