Our client, a leading Engineering, Construction & Operations Services company in oil & gas sector have the following requirement.
Qualification

Diploma in hotel management specialised in food and beverages.

• Indepth knowledge of camp administration with min 3-5 years experience in maintaining camp of min 250 employees in middle eastern countries.


• IT knowledge of MS Office.Fluent writing and reading skill in English and Hindi.


• Knowledge in Arabic languages and holding Kuwaiti light duty license willadd as additional qualifications.

Role-

• Maintain the welfare of min 500 employees of Asian, Arab,far eastern nationals.


• Coordinate with facility provider(sub contractor) for smooth operation of camp administration.


• Provide effective proactive support to management and staff in all aspects of camp facilities.


• Maintain positive employee relations and ensure effective communications across sites and mian office.


• Good interpersonal skills ,people sensitivity and social skillsGood self presentation,communication and persuasiveness.


• Must be well organized and thrive in fast paced environment with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.


• Leadership skills

DUTIES

• Planning and organizing camp maintenance including store room/laundry/dining hall.


• Preparing daily reports of manpower/sick employees/absent employees abdsubmitting to admin. office


• Maintain stock of camp usage items like beds,blanket,pillow etc


• Supervision during breakfast,lunch and dinner timing


• To maintain camp disciplineMaintaining catering schedules.


• To maintain hygienic and safety regulations of camp as per company policy


• Candidates salary will be commensurate with experience.
