Desired Profile :
**STRONG experience in Eclipse technologies, XML, RCP, BIRT, TFTP Plugin development and deployment
**Strong oops ( Java) knowledge, design experience in UML, OOAD
**Experience in adding cross compilers and debuggers to eclipse is a plus
**Candidate should be a self starter, willing to work for start-up company and relocate to chennai.
**Exposure to SDLC in java projects is desired.
